    on July 21, 2023 and close

    on August 30, 2023 .

    **All s​tudent athletes entering Grade 12 in

    2023-2024 must have either:

    2 doses of meningococcal vaccine with the booster dose given on or after age 16

    OR

    1 dose if your child’s first dose was given on or after age 16​

        ​This vaccine must be received before the student can participate in athletics.

     

    FOOTBALL SEASON STARTS

    ALL OTHER VARSITY/JV SEASONS STARTS

    August 21, 2023

     

    Final Forms will open for

    Modified Sports Teams 

    on August 7, 2023 and close

    on September 15, 2023.

     

    For those Student Athletes in need of a physical or looking for the Advanced Placement Process (APP) Dr. Corsaro, the District Physician, will be at Fox Lane Middle School TBD. Sign up at the Health Office.

    Directions for Online Registration:

     

    We are very excited to announce that the Bedford Schools and the Fox Lane Athletic Department have partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. 

     

    You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.

     

    Registration for all FALL - JV and Varsity sports will open on July 21, 2023

    Registration for all FALL modified sports (7th and 8th graders) will open on August 7, 2023

     

    We are asking that ALL parents of athletes use FinalForms.
