Curriculum Review Cycle
We regularly review, evaluate, revise, adjust and monitor our curriculum to ensure it is meeting students' needs in alignment with the expected NYS standards. This typically follows a four-phase cycle that takes place over five years (outlined below), though we occasionally have to adjust when circumstances warrant. Evaluations typically include a review of our student achievement and performance data, updated standards from New York State Education Department, feedback from students, parents and teachers, and a look at all of our resources associated with the curriculum. Every three years, we invite critical friends from the outside to review as part of our work with the Tri-States Consortium. Our current Curriculum Review Cycle is linked below.
