Dear Parents/Guardians and Student-Athletes,
Interscholastic sports registration is opening soon for the upcoming Spring 2026 season! Instructions in English and Spanish can be found at the bottom of this page.

All incoming 9th graders and all current High School students interested in joining our Fox Lane Dance team for the Fall and Winter 2026/27 seasons should attend this meeting. Tryouts will take place at the High School daily the week of TBD. Final Forms registration will open TBD.
High School Spring registration will open on February 9, 2026 as the season begins on March 9, 2026. Modified Spring registration will open February 18, 2026 as the season begins on March 18, 2026.
A current physical on file is required to be approved for play. We encourage early registration to ensure a smooth transition for the start of our season.
We will hold a modified sports informational meeting after school in the large gym at Fox Lane Middle School on Monday, March 16, 2026 for all students interested in playing a Spring sport. This is a wonderful opportunity for our coaches to meet our student-athletes and answer questions. We do hope you will join us!
Please upload your physical when registering with Final Forms to ensure a smoother clearance process. If you have any trouble scheduling a physical, our district physician will be on campus March 5, 2026 at the high school and then the middle school right after at approximately 11 am. Any questions regarding physicals or this requirement, please reach out to the appropriate Health Office. We encourage you to reach out early.
