Frontline Collaboration Portal
Beginning January 1, 2026, all information regarding meetings, consents, evaluations, and your child’s IEP will be sent to you electronically through this new platform.
The portal is a secure and efficient way for you to access, download documents, and electronically review and sign consents.
When a document is ready, you will receive an email indicating that a staff member has shared a document with you. The email title in the subject will be as follows:
• If the student is in Elementary School (K-5): "Frontline Education: Erica Cosentino has shared a document with you through the Collaboration Portal“
• If the student is in Middle School or High School (7-12): "Frontline Education: Dominique Nyemchek has shared a document with you through the Collaboration Portal“
• If the student is in CPSE: "Frontline Education: Sabrina Collins has shared a document with you through the Collaboration Portal"
The email will ask you to enter an access code. The access code will remain the same and be used each time you open a document.
The access code is as follows:
- The first three letters of the student’s last name (Upper Case)
- His/her date of birth in mmddyyyy format.
- Example: ABC09202019
- If a student has fewer than three letters in his/her last name, the full last name is included with date of birth.
After entering the access code, you will be taken to the agreement page for you to “Agree” and continue. From there you will be able to view the document and download a copy.
