The Mary Lou Meese Theater is available for rental by local community groups
when not being used for school district activities.
All requests must be made in writing and can be mailed to Fox Lane High School Attn: Mary Lou Meese Theater
Until a signed contract is received from the district, your date is not guaranteed.
Inquires for the 2019 - 2020 school year will not be accepted until September 1st, 2019.
Requests will not be considered until all Bedford Central School District events are scheduled.
If the date is available, you will need to fill out a Building Use Form.
This form is approved by the Theater Manager for date availability, then passed onto the High School Principal.
Finally, it is sent to the District Business Office for event approval and final billing.
After these steps, the applicant will receive a copy of their Building Use Form, with District approval.
Once the date is approved, all applicants must sign a Conditions of Use Form for the Mary Lou Meese Theater.
Groups should also turn in a Technical Support Request Form to help the technical staff prepare for your event.
