    Student Announcements:

     

    For any orchestra students interested in joining Sinfonetta, auditions will happen throughout the next two weeks. Grab an audition packet from Ms. Velasquez’s classroom and put your name on the sign-up sheet on the bulletin board. String players in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade are welcome. Extra information is written on the audition packets. Reach out to Ms. V if you have any questions.

     

    The Spanish of Madrid and of northern Spain is called Castilian and it developed characteristics that never reached the New World of Latin America.  Spanish is also a Romance language, alongside French, Italian and Portuguese.

     

    Remember to take time this month to celebrate yourself and those around you who have recovered from difficult times. If you need help or support, please stop by Ms. Feddeck’s office W111 (next to the science classrooms in West house) and remember she is here every day!
