Notice: Bedford Central School District Medicaid Audit

NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the fiscal affairs of the Bedford Central School District with respect to Medicaid Reimbursements, for the period beginning on July 1, 2022 and ending on June 30, 2024, have been examined by the Office of the State Comptroller, and that the report of examination performed by the Office of the State Comptroller, which includes a written response to the report of examination performed by the Office of the State Comptroller on behalf of the Board of Education of the Bedford Central School District, has been filed in my office, 632 So. Bedford Road, Bedford, New York, where it is available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons. Pursuant to Section 35 of the General Municipal Law, the Board of Education of the Bedford Central School District may prepare a corrective action plan with respect to each finding or recommendation within the report of examination, within 90 days after presentation of the report of examination by the Office of the State Comptroller to the Board of Education, by December 9, 2025.

Por la presente se notifica que los asuntos fiscales del Bedford Central School District con respecto a los Reembolsos de Medicaid, para el período que comienza el 1 de julio de 2022 y termina el 30 de junio de 2024, han sido examinados por la Oficina del Contralor del Estado, y que el informe de examen realizado por la Oficina del Contralor del Estado, que incluye una respuesta por escrito al informe de examen realizado por la Oficina del Contralor del Estado en nombre de la Junta de Educación del Bedford Central School District  se ha presentado en mi oficina, 632 So. Bedford Road, Bedford, Nueva York, donde está disponible como un registro público para inspección por todas las personas interesadas. De conformidad con la Sección 35 de la Ley Municipal General, la Junta de Educación del Bedford Central School District puede preparar un plan de acción correctiva con respecto a cada hallazgo o recomendación dentro del informe de examen, dentro de los 90 días posteriores a la presentación del informe de examen por parte de la Oficina del Contralor del Estado a la Junta de Educación, antes del 9 de diciembre de 2025.
