Notice of Public Hearing on the District-Wide Safety and Emergency Management Plan

Notice of Public Hearing

In accordance with the Commissioner's Regulations 155.17 (c) (3) and New York State Education Law §2801-a., the Bedford Central School District Board of Education will hold a Public Hearing on the District-Wide Safety and Emergency Management Plan at its Regular Meeting on August 31, 2026, at 6:00 pm, in The Fox Lane Middle School Suzanne Grant Theater. The Plan has been posted as of July 27, 2026, for a thirty (30) day comment period and is available on the District Website. The Board of Education is expected to adopt the plan following the Public Hearing.
