Students in second grade at WPES tapped our very own maple trees with Farmer Jonathan from Muscoot Farm. Each class adopted a tree and had the chance to drill a hole through the bark. Students will be checking the buckets and collecting sap for Farmer Jonathan to cook down into WPES maple syrup on his next visit!
