Click here to find our UPDATED printable event flyers in English and Spanish as well as:
  • A map detailing accessible parking near the tennis courts and highlighting the parade route.
  • A visual schedule of the events allowing you to discuss the event with your family and make a plan for the evening ahead of time.
  • A Fox Night story, designed to help prepare and support students before and during the event. We will have printed copies available at the Mobile Fox Dens.
  • Our Mobile Fox Den will also have paper-based communication support and extra visual schedules if you need them.
We will have two locations available for students and families to co-regulate, known as the Mobile Fox Den. There are two locations, one at the field level and one up by the high school.

What is the Mobile Fox Den?
  • A calm and predictable space that offers multisensory input that promotes and supports regulation during overwhelming sensory experiences. Spaces like the Fox Den improve access to community events for visitors with sensory challenges.
Who can the Fox Den support?
  • The Fox Den can support any individuals whose sensory needs impact their ability to participate in community events.
Where will the Fox Den be located?
  • The upper Fox Den will be located between the staircases across from the press box.
  • The lower Fox Den will be located inside the track near the scoreboard.
What are sensory tools?
  • Our goal is to provide individuals the opportunity to attend special events and utilize the tools when/if the event becomes overstimulating. Noise-canceling headphones, fidgets, books and visual supports will be available to use within the Fox Den.
